Summer time and the livin' is easy

Hellooo my people of the other lands!

I don't know about for you, but it's HOT here in the land of Italy! Mama mia I've never been so hot for so long! All the rain is gone and the heat and humidity have moved in to stay. This morning at 7, it was already at 25° C with humidity at 70% sooo yeah. I'm not used to the heat but that's okay! We all just sweat together. One thing that the heat has brought with it is happy people who want to be outside! It's the nicest thing ever! Street contacting has been fun because not everyone turns us away! We have had some good conversations and seen a LOT of miracles this week. One of which, we found three new people to teach. That literally never happens. It's the first time I've ever had it happen in my mission. And four of our lovely people made it to church on Sunday. Wosa, who lives over two hours away was able to come in Saturday night and stay with a member family. And Anthony! The first three weeks, he was very firm about not wanting to take the sacrament. Which is fine, and he didn't have any covenants he would have to renew anyways. But, this week I saw him think a second, and then take it. It was just a huge change in his mentality. He is going to young men's this week, and he doesn't really need us at church anymore. He can fly solo. It was so huge for us.

Other things this week, we had zone conference yesterday, and it was the last time we saw the Pickerds. They are going home in about two weeks and we will be getting President and Sister Smith. I will really miss the Pickerds. Then today, we went down to Castellammare and hiked the mountain. It was so hot! But we hiked to a church at the top of the Mountain and the man there explained to us the history of the church. It was pretty fun. But man I am TIRED. But now we have to go and teach English Course. It should be fun.

Basically that was the highlights of this week. I love you all and I hope you are all doing well!!
Ciao ciao!
